2023 marks the 25th anniversary of the amalgamation of the City of Quinte West. To celebrate this year, the City is delivering a number of free community activities and initiatives that tell the story of our growing community.
Join us at Quinte West Fest at Riverfest in Frankford on Saturday, May 20 from 12-9 p.m., for free activities at the Frankford Tourist Park, Frankford Arena, and throughout the community.
Enjoy a day jam-packed with free family fun including kids activities, live music, an evening concert featuring local band 'Moonsugar', evening fireworks, an outdoor movie and much more!

Upload your photos on this webpage to enter into a draw for the chance to win an assortment of local prizes.
Scavenger hunt prize winners will be contacted by City staff in June.

All contest photos must be uploaded to this website no later than May 31, 2023.
Limit of one photo submission per person, per sign.
Only photos that include one of the signs above will be accepted. All other photos will be disqualified.
Photo submission(s) that are not accompanied by a completed online photograph waiver form will be disqualified.
Photo contest participants must be a resident of Quinte West.
For every one approved photo uploaded to this website, the photo contest participant will receive one automatic entry into the contest draw.
Photo contest winners will be randomly drawn by City staff and contacted in June.
Each contest winner will receive one prize.
Photo contest winners will be contacted by email, and may be required to sign acknowledgement of receipt and acceptance of these rules.
Submitted photos must not be currently held in copyright by any individual or organization and must be previously unpublished work.
By entering the contest, each participant acknowledges having read these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and all decisions of the contest organizers, which shall be final.
