The City of Quinte West invites YOU to get involved in the creation of its new Parks and Recreation Master Plan!
The City of Quinte West is developing a new plan to help shape the future of parks, open spaces and recreation facilities.
The Parks and Recreation Master Plan will review the current state of parks and recreation and create goals and strategies to ensure the needs of the community are met over the next 15 years.
GET INVOLVED
As part of the development of this plan, the City is seeking input from those who live, work and play in Quinte West. What has your experience been using local parks and recreation facilities? What are your priorities for the next 15 years? What steps do you think the City can take to ensure parks and recreation facilities are accessible, inclusive and beneficial for the whole community?
Your experiences, wants and needs will help identify opportunities for growth and improvement and guide future parks and recreation planning.
Provide your input using the online survey until June 16, 2024. Registration is required to complete the survey. If you already have an account through the City's engagement page, sign in with your login information. If you need to make an account (it's easy and free!) visit getinvolved.quintewest.ca/register.
This August, community members will be invited to attend an open house to provide their thoughts and comments on the draft plan before it is presented to Quinte West Council.
