King Street Redevelopment

Beginning in the Spring of 2020, the City of Quinte West will begin construction for the redevelopment of King Street.

Section 1 – King Street (Catherine St to Division St)

This section will include the following: installation of new watermain and services, installation of sanitary sewer and its services, replacement of existing storm sewers, replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk, retaining wall installation,installation of a 3.6 metre multi-use asphalt path on the north side of the street and repaving.

Section 2 – Catherine Street (King St to north of Spring St)

This section will include the following: installation of new watermain and services, installation of sanitary sewer and services, installation of a larger storm sewer, replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk and repaving.

Section 3 – Victoria Avenue (King St to Spring St)

This section will include the following: installation of new watermain and services, installation of sanitary sewer and services, replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk and repaving.
